YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID

The Youth Mental Health First Aid Course is for adults working or living with adolescents, those aged between approximately 12 and 18 years. However, the course can be relevant for those helping people who are a little younger or older. This course is free and will be held at Kyabra in October

 

CIRCLE OF SECURITY

A group that explores a way of relating to and understanding our children and being a "good enough" parent. Kyabra will be running a Tuesday and a Wednesday session for Term 4. Both courses are now available for registration. 

 

WELLWAYS MY RECOVERY SNAPSHOT

NURTURED HEART APPROACH

An effective approach for parenting intense or challenging children or teens. For Term 4 Kyabra will be running a daytime course. This 6 week course is available now for registration.

NDIS INFORMATION SESSIONS

PLAY AND GROW 

Come and share your morning with other parents with young children every Wednesday and Thursday at Kyabra or every Tuesday at Richlands Community Centre.  This is a facilitated group, with creative activities and learning opportunities offered free of charge.
