(card pack) would have to admit they can. Well, now Innovative Resources has its first three-dimensional, tactile set of stone characters that provide another unique way of talking about feelings. A Pocket of Stones consists of 12 ceramic heads hand-crafted by Yvonne Cahill, an artist and social worker from Castlemaine in Central Victoria. Each head is approximately 30 x 30mm and is expressing a different emotion. The set of 12 stone heads come in an attractive canvas pouch with a drawstring. Attached to the pouch is a small booklet of suggestions on how to use the stones, including tips for their use in family work. This unique resource can be used by itself or with other play therapy materials to open up conversations about what is happening in our lives and how we stay in charge of our feelings.
